I have a one story 1300sf 2BR brick house with aluminum siding covering the gables. I want to keep the aluminum, but the vented slats need replacing with slats with larger vents, a couple of other slats have sloppily patched holes and need replacing, the rain guards have wood cores which are rotting, I need a new rain gutter system surrounding the house, and the siding will need pressure washing & painting.

I already have vinyl siding on my house. It was there when I bought the house in 2005, but I do not think is more than 10 years old. A storm this past June blew some siding off the facia and soffit and I am at my witt's end trying to find replacement pieces and someone to fix it. Now I want to know how much it would cost to re-side entire house.
